About The Team & Role

We are building a dedicated B2B Growth Team to strengthen how we engage with Relationship Managers (RMs) and, at times, their clients. Historically, many operational and support-related issues were routed to business or regional POCs, leading to bandwidth constraints and limiting their ability to focus on business growth.

With this new team, all RM-facing queries—whether operational, process-related, or support-driven—will now be centralised. This allows regional POCs to concentrate solely on business performance, scaling revenue, and strategic priorities.

As a Customer Support Intern- B2B, you will be the primary point of contact for RMs across our partner ecosystem. This fully remote team will operate with high responsiveness and ownership, taking end-to-end responsibility for ensuring smooth workflows, timely resolutions, and strong partner satisfaction. You will also support any recent product lines that smallcase introduces in the future,ensuring readiness, clarity, and seamless adoption.

This role directly influences operational efficiency,



improves broker experience, and empowers regional teams to drive stronger business outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

Act as the first point of contact for RMs, addressing and resolving all queries with clarity, urgency, and ownership
Work closely with partner support teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless, timely, and accurate resolutions
Capture and document recurring issues, feedback, and improvement opportunities for Product, Operations, and CX teams
Tag, categorise, and analyse inbound queries to help identify what drives RM support traffic and build scalable processes
Identify friction points in RM or client workflows and collaborate with relevant teams to eliminate them
Maintain strong SLA/TAT discipline, ensuring quick turnarounds and a consistent experience across all RM interactions
