We are looking for a motivated HR & Operations Apprentice to support our People and Corporate Operations functions. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to HR processes, corporate administration, and business operations. You'll work closely with the HR and Corp Ops teams, gaining practical experience across recruitment support, employee lifecycle administration, compliance, vendor coordination, and internal process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
HR Support
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, system entries, welcome kits, exit formalities)
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS
Support recruitment coordination: scheduling interviews, updating trackers, communicating with candidates
Help organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and internal communications
Support attendance, leave, and payroll input tracking
Assist with policy documentation and employee handbook updates
Corporate Operations Support
Support day-to-day office and administrative operations (vendor management,



facilities coordination, supplies)
Assist in maintaining compliance records, licenses, and statutory filings
Help track and organize contracts, invoices, and vendor agreements
Support internal audits and documentation for corporate governance requirements
Assist with process documentation (SOPs) and identify opportunities for operational efficiency
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, IT) on operational requests
General
Prepare reports, trackers, and dashboards for HR and Ops metrics
Support ad hoc projects across HR and Corporate Operations as assigned
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and business data
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (completed or in final year) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
