Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Sales Professional to drive growth for our Portable Metrology business in Chennai. The role involves leading strategic sales initiatives, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence across industries such as automotive, aerospace, heavy engineering, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales Strategy
Drive revenue growth for Hexagon’s Portable metrology portfolio (ARM, Trackers, scanners, software solutions).
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives.
Identify new market opportunities, emerging segments, and high-value prospects.
2. Key Account Management




Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Manage enterprise accounts and drive long-term partnerships.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their measurement and quality challenges.
3. Solution Selling & Technical Alignment
Collaborate with application engineers and technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
Position advanced metrology solutions including 3D scanning, inspection, and digital manufacturing workflows.
4. Market Intelligence
Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Provide insights to leadership for product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with service, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless execution.
Support marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, seminars, and customer demos.
