About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage day-to-day social media activities, coordinate with external agencies/freelancers, and help grow our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Write engaging social media captions, post copy, hooks, and basic content copy.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, freelancers, and external marketing agencies for content requirements and timely delivery.
• Follow up with agencies and freelancers on ongoing tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Maintain and update the social media content calendar.
• Monitor social media trends, trending formats, hashtags, and relevant industry content.
• Support the team in developing content ideas for reels, posts, stories, and campaigns.
• Track basic social media performance metrics such as reach, engagement, views, and followers.
• Assist in preparing weekly/monthly social media reports.




• Ensure content is posted consistently and according to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with current social media trends and suggest ideas to improve engagement and reach.

Requirements:
• 0–1 year of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content marketing.
• Freshers with relevant marketing/social media internships are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Positive copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to write clear and engaging captions and social media copy.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
