Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate *Technical Trainer* who can deliver high-quality technical training to students and professionals. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging classroom/online sessions, developing practical learning content, mentoring learners, and ensuring strong learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver technical training through *classroom and online sessions*.
* Conduct hands-on training, coding exercises, projects, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
* Train learners on programming concepts, development tools, and industry-relevant technologies.
* Prepare and update training materials, presentations, assignments, coding exercises, and project content.
* Evaluate learner performance through assessments, coding tests, and practical projects.




* Mentor students and provide individual feedback to improve their technical skills.
* Keep training content aligned with current industry trends and requirements.
* Collaborate with the curriculum and placement teams to ensure learners are job-ready.
* Conduct mock interviews, technical assessments, and interview preparation sessions.
* Maintain learner engagement and ensure successful completion of assigned training programs.

Technical Skills

Candidates should have strong expertise in *one or more* of the following areas:

* Java / Advanced Java
* Data Structures & Algorithms
* C Programming

Candidate Profile

* Bachelor's/Master's degree in *Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field*.
* *2–6 years of relevant experience* in technical training, software development, or a combination of both.
* Robust programming and problem-solving skills.
