The Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of strong hands-on MERN Stack experience who genuinely enjoys building products. Someone who can take an idea or business problem, understand what needs to be solved, design the right technical approach, build the application, deploy it, troubleshoot it in production and continuously make it better.
You will work primarily with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript, building complete applications rather than working within a narrow technical boundary. You should be comfortable moving between frontend, backend, database, APIs and production environments whenever the product requires it.
Your work will involve developing modern React applications, designing reusable components, building Node.js and Express.js backend services, creating secure REST APIs, designing MongoDB schemas and aggregation pipelines, integrating third-party services, implementing authentication and authorization, optimizing application performan
