The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of store performance, revenue growth management (RGM), assortment optimization, merchandising analytics, and the ability to translate complex business problems into actionable insights.
Key Requirements:
5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Retail industry.
Strong business understanding of retail concepts, KPIs, and performance metrics.

Ability to understand, articulate, and present business problem statements effectively.
Advanced proficiency in SQL for data analysis and insights generation.
Solid experience with Power BI dashboards and reporting.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
