Key Responsibilities:

1. Sponsorship Strategy Development:
o Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
o Identify current sponsorship opportunities and create customized packages to attract potential sponsors.
o Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sponsorship strategies.

2. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
o Research and identify potential sponsors that align with the company’s events and programs.
o Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
o Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective sponsors.

3. Sales and Relationship Management:
o Engage with potential sponsors to understand their needs and present tailored sponsorship packages.
o Conduct negotiations and close sponsorship deals to achieve sales targets.
o Build and maintain long-term relationships with sponsors, ensuring their satisfaction and ongoing support.

4. Proposal Development and Presentation:




o Develop compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of partnering with the company.
o Customize proposals to meet the specific needs and objectives of each sponsor.
o Deliver engaging presentations to prospective sponsors.

5. Contract Management:
o Draft, review, and manage sponsorship contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly defined and agreed upon.
o Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts are compliant with company policies.

6. Event Coordination and Execution:
o Collaborate with the event management team to ensure sponsor deliverables are met and sponsorship agreements are executed effectively.
