About Gracias Dining
Gracias Dining is a multi-brand cloud kitchen and food infrastructure platform focused on building scalable food brands across high-demand cuisine categories and dayparts. The platform is structured around cuisine-led and time-segmented brands spanning breakfast, meals, biryani, bowls, Chinese, grills, rolls, and rapid-moving dinner categories, operating through owned central kitchen infrastructure and online food delivery platforms.
Alongside the cloud kitchen ecosystem, Gracias Dining is also structured to serve enterprise dining and large-format catering requirements, through a combination of owned production capabilities and a curated partner network — enabling operational flexibility and scalable supply.

About This Role




This is an investment-based co-founder opportunity. We're looking for someone with both the financial capacity and genuine willingness to invest in a cloud kitchen / catering business, alongside bringing strategic or operational value to the venture. This is not a sweat-equity-only or purely advisory role — capital commitment is a core part of what we're looking for.
