Role Description This is a full-time,



on-site Business Development Manager role based in Gurgaon. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new corporate clients, nurturing relationships with existing partners, and expanding Kuruma Travels’ presence among multinational companies, especially those with Japanese business interests. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts aligned with company policies and revenue targets. The role involves close collaboration with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of transportation solutions and high client satisfaction. The Business Development Manager will also analyze market trends, track competitor activities, and provide input on sales strategies and service offerings to support sustainable business growth.
