HR Executive – UNIQZ Technologies
UNIQZ Technologies is looking for a motivated and people-focused HR Executive to join our team in Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu.
This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for an HR professional with 1–2 years of relevant experience who can support recruitment, employee coordination and day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews.
Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Support attendance, leave and other HR administration.
Coordinate with employees and internal teams on HR-related matters.
Support employee engagement and workplace activities.
Handle HR information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements
1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
Good attention to detail and documentation.




Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
