About Business Line/Function

IT Payment Services department, the worldwide reference for payments in the BNP Paribas Group. We are working on the many applications used worldwide using various technologies and working in Agile methodology.

Position Purpose

This position is for Senior Functional Testers for IT systems on Payments and Cash Management for the BNPP Group.

This Position Involves functional testing covering executing the functional and regression tests using Manual and Automation methods.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

Understanding testing principles and practices
Ability to plan, design, and execute test cases
Able to communicate effectively with IT teams as well as Business Teams
Should have functional Specification Analysis Experience
Work in close co-ordination with functional test team to Analyze test cases thoroughly to ensure adequate coverage of requirements.




Closely work with Dev teams/BA to resolve technical & business issues and to develop a valuable understanding of the project and testing objectives.
Must have good analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to communicate effectively with IT teams as well as Business Teams
Must be flexible, independent.
Perform other testing-related duties as required

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Working Knowledge in Payments or Cards Domain testing ( Manual Or Automation ) – Minimum of 5 years
Experience in Agile methodology is a Plus
Working Knowledge of at least one Database (Oracle/MS SQL),
Handson experience in API testing and tools like SOAP UI, Postman is pre-requisite
Skillful in XML/XSD and SQL language (required)
Proficiency in enterprise test man
