- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional groups to ensure timely resolution of issues and continuous improvement of support processes.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor system health and performance metrics to anticipate potential issues and implement preventive measures.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OpenShift.
- Experience with container orchestration and management within cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of Linux operating systems and command-line tools.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting distributed applications and microservices
