Our technology team seeks to add an experienced Senior Software Engineer, Frontend, to its growing ranks. This individual will work as a member of our technology team and will take the lead in designing and building the user-facing applications that support our investment strategies.
We are reaching out to front-end engineers who possess deep expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript, and who have built data-dense business applications, particularly within the financial services industry.

Requirements
Lead the design and development of responsive, high-performance web applications supporting our lending, credit, and investment workflows.
Build and extend a shared component library and design system so interfaces stay consistent, accessible, and quick to assemble as the platform grows.
Translate complex financial data — portfolios, positions, cash flows, exposures — into clear, information-dense interfaces such as grids, dashboards, and multi-step workflows.
Partner with backend engineers on API contracts, and with business stakeholders to turn requirements into working software.




Own front-end quality end to end: state management, client-side performance, cross-browser behavior, accessibility, and automated testing.
Enable integration of proprietary solutions with third-party vendor solutions.
Mentor other engineers, establish front-end standards, and raise the bar in code review.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our development practices.

Qualification:
Deep proficiency in React and TypeScript with a proven track record of delivering production applications, including experience with a modern React framework such as Next.js.
Robust command of modern CSS and layout, and experience working within a component library or design system. Fluency with the discipline matters more to us than any specific library.
