Engineering Excellence & Quality - Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and testable code. - Optimise application performance, reliability, accessibility, and user experience. - Participate in technical design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation. - Implement CI/CD, DevOps practices, secure coding, and automated testing. - Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly while maintaining engineering quality and security standards.



- Troubleshoot production issues using logs, browser DevTools, distributed tracing, and structured error reporting. Business & Stakeholder Collaboration - Collaborate closely with Product, UX, Business, Architecture, and Engineering teams. - Translate ambiguous business requirements into practical technical solutions. - Break requirements into estimable tasks and provide realistic delivery timelines. - Communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions effectively with technical and business stakeholders. - Support releases, production troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
