Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Associate role based in the Pune Division. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their real estate requirements, and recommend suitable residential, commercial, or retail properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property consultations, coordinating site visits, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or internal systems. The role involves negotiating terms,



supporting clients through the documentation process, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions. The Sales Associate is expected to stay informed about local market trends, new project launches, and competitive offerings to provide timely, relevant advice.
Qualifications

Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate clearly with diverse clients.
Sales and negotiation skills, including lead follow-up, deal closure, and comfort with targets and performance-based incentives.
Basic understanding of real estate concepts, property valuation, and local market dynamics in Pune and surrounding areas.
Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems, and the ability to use technology for lead tracking, reporting, and presentations.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
