Role: Embedded Security Engineer

Role Summary: Responsible for ensuring that the Cockpit Integration Platform (CIP) is developed and maintained in compliance with automotive cybersecurity regulations and standards.

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 5-8 Years

Positions: 3

Analyze customer requirements or specification proposal to identify and maintain CIP level cybersecurity requirements
Software design, Object oriented thinking, design and implementation for customer specification
Define and support implementation of cybersecurity concepts and controls, including secure boot, secure flashing, key management, access control, secure diagnostics, and firewall mechanisms, aligned with identified risks




Hardware security integration - Support integration and use of HSM / TEE for secure key storage and cryptographic operations within the CIP.
Cryptography application - Apply cryptographic principles and technologies (AES, RSA, ECC, hashing, digital signatures, PKI)
Follow company development and quality processes like SAFe Agile, ASPICE

Mandatory Skills

Design & Development of Security Mechanisms in AUTOSAR/QNX/Android/Linux Workplace.
Knowledge of cockpit cybersecurity mechanisms including secure boot, secure flashing, secure diagnostics, access control, secure compiler usage, and firewalls.
HSM / TEE concepts, secure key storage, and hardware based cryptographic operations.
Proficiency in secure coding practices (MISRA, CERT) and secure development principles in C/C++. Additionally, (Python, Gen AI, G-HUB)

Good To Have Skills

Cybersecurity standards (e.g., ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE R155, RED-DA EN 18031).
Configuration of AUTOSAR Modules like SUM_SSC, CryIf, CSM and Trusted Execution Environment (TEE)
