Role Description The Field Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This role is responsible for visiting retail outlets, distributors, and wholesalers to promote A&F; Food and Beverage products, secure new orders, and strengthen existing business relationships.



Day-to-day activities include identifying and approaching potential partners, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating terms within company guidelines, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads. The Field Sales Specialist will monitor market trends, gather feedback from customers, and share insights to support sales strategies and promotional activities. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of visits, sales performance, and territory coverage, while collaborating with internal teams to support efficient sales operations and distribution.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with retail and distribution partners.
Proven Sales experience in FMCG or related sectors, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
