Role Description The Investor Services Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Gandhinagar Taluka, responsible for overseeing end-to-end investor servicing activities for assigned funds. The role includes managing investor onboarding, subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and capital calls, while ensuring accurate processing and timely communication with investors and clients.



The individual will coordinate with internal operations, fund accounting, and compliance teams to resolve queries, reconcile investor records, and maintain data integrity in relevant systems. They will monitor service levels, prepare and review investor statements and reports, and support the implementation of process improvements and controls. The Investor Services Manager will also assist with audits, regulatory reporting requirements, and support client relationship management through professional and responsive service.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of investor services operations, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and capital calls.
Understanding of fund structures and financial products (hedge funds, private equity, fund of funds, managed accounts).
Proficiency in Excel and other office productivity tools; familiarity with fund administration or investor services platforms is an advantage.
