About the Role
We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Java Backend Engineer (L3) to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be a key individual contributor responsible for designing, developing, and owning critical backend services and components. You will work alongside senior architects and leads to build high-performance, reliable systems while demonstrating technical ownership, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to engineering best practices.
This is an individual contributor role with technical influence – you’ll be expected to independently drive feature delivery, make sound design decisions, and raise the bar for engineering quality.
