Role Description The Pharmacist role at FINETEC WELLNESS PHARMACY is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Pharmacist will dispense and verify prescriptions, check for drug interactions, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include counseling patients on proper medication use, dosage, side effects, and storage,



as well as maintaining accurate records and documentation. The role involves coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, managing inventory, and overseeing medication ordering and stock rotation. The Pharmacist will also support wellness initiatives, contribute to quality improvement activities, and help train and guide pharmacy staff as needed.
Qualifications

Relevant pharmacy degree (B.Pharm or D.Pharm; M.Pharm preferred) and valid registration/license with the appropriate pharmacy council.
Solid knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, dosage calculations, and prescription interpretation.
Proficiency in pharmacy management systems, documentation, and basic computer skills.
Excellent communication and patient counseling abilities, with a focus on clear, respectful, and culturally sensitive interactions.
