Job Description – AI Integration & Architecture Lead Experience: 8+ years overall, with strong experience in AI/Gen AI architecture and enterprise integration Location: Work from home Hours: Central European business hours Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI Integration & Architecture Lead to drive the strategic integration of enterprise chatbot, Service Now, and AI agent platforms. The role will be responsible for defining integration architecture, enabling agent interoperability through Agent-to-Agent (A2 A) and Model Context Protocol (MCP) patterns, and providing technical leadership across complex enterprise AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Service Now, Azure AI, AI agent frameworks, A2 A, MCP, enterprise APIs, and cloud architecture, combined with excellent client-facing consulting and solution-design capabilities. Key Responsibilities Define the integration strategy and target architecture for enterprise AI agent ecosystems.



Design scalable and secure solutions using A2 A and MCP integration patterns. Architect integrations between enterprise chatbots, Service Now, AI agents, Azure AI services, and other enterprise platforms. Evaluate multiple architectural approaches and provide trade-off analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Provide technical leadership for agent interoperability, orchestration, context exchange, tool invocation, and enterprise integrations. Guide engineering and delivery teams in implementing AI integration use cases. Establish architecture standards and best practices for scalability, maintainability, security, governance, performance, and user experience. Assess the capabilities, boundaries, licensing considerations, and feature constraints of Service Now Now Assist, AI Agents/AI Agent Studio, and Virtual Agent. Lead architecture workshops with clients, business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical teams. Prepare architecture
