Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day activities related to employee data management, documentation, and administration of basic HR processes. Responsibilities include assisting with the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, supporting onboarding and orientation activities,



and helping manage attendance, leave, and employee records within the HRMS platform. The intern will also contribute to research and preparation of HR communications, support HR reporting and analytics, and assist in resolving employee queries under the guidance of senior team members. This is a remote internship role, offering practical experience in digital HR operations and exposure to HR technology in a growing organization.

Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and concepts.
Interest or coursework in HR Management and Personnel Management.
Awareness of HR Policies and basic understanding of Employee Perks.
Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
