Role Description The Freight Forwarding Manager will oversee day-to-day international freight operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of cargo across air, sea, and ground. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end forwarding activities, coordinating with carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams, and monitoring shipment status to maintain service quality and compliance.



The role involves handling export and import documentation, resolving operational issues, and maintaining strong relationships with customers through responsive communication and service support. The manager will also analyze freight costs, optimize routes, and support continuous process improvements in line with company standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Freight Forwarding and Forwarding operations.
Candidates should possess hands-on experience in Export processes and documentation.
Candidates should possess proven Freight Transportation knowledge across air, sea, and ground.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills for managing client relationships.
Relevant experience in international logistics, supply chain, or shipping operations.
