Role Description The Unit Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Unit Manager will lead and manage a sales or operations unit,



focusing on achieving health insurance business targets and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Daily responsibilities include supervising team members, tracking performance metrics, providing guidance and training, and implementing company strategies at the unit level. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, supporting customer acquisition and retention, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies. The Unit Manager is expected to foster a positive, ethical work environment and promote ABHICL’s health and wellness-focused product offerings.
Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising and developing high-performing teams.
Sales and business development capabilities, ideally in insurance, financial services, or healthcare-related sectors.
Operational and process management skills, including planning, performance tracking, and adherence to regulatory and company standards.
