We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Technical Program Management (TPM) to lead a team of TPMs and drive execution across our most critical, cross-functional engineering initiatives. This role blends people leadership, program strategy,



and hands-on execution — you'll build and mentor a high-performing TPM team while personally driving alignment across engineering, product, and business stakeholders on our highest-priority programs.
The ideal candidate has deep technical fluency, a track record of managing complex programs from concept to launch, and the leadership skills to grow a team while raising the bar on program management practices across the organization.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
Lead and grow a team of TPMs, including hiring, mentoring, performance management, and career development.
Own end-to-end delivery of major, cross-organizational technical programs — from scoping and planning through execution, risk management, and launch.
Partner with engineering leadership, product management, and design to align on roadmaps, priorities, and tradeoffs across multiple teams.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively, surfacing dependencies, blocker
