Experience: 4+ years in Recruitment / Staffing Sales

Industry: Recruitment & Manpower Consultancy

What You'll Do:
- Generate new recruitment & staffing business
- Acquire corporate clients across multiple industries
- Build relationships with HR Heads, TA Teams & Decision-Makers
- Develop leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking & references




- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials & close deals
- Manage sales pipelines and achieve business targets

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in Recruitment / Staffing / Manpower Consultancy Sales

Strong B2B sales & client acquisition skills

Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-management skills

Target-oriented with a strong networking mindset

Ability to work independently and contribute to business growth
