Corporate Accounts Executive Finance Operations Job Description Duties/: General Ledger Maintenance & Daily Bookkeeping/: Using standard accounting principles and GAAP/Ind AS requirements, record, check, and post daily financial transactions, journal vouchers, debit/credit notes, expenditure claims, and adjustment entries. Accounts Payable AP and Vendor Management/: Process timely payments, monitor payment schedules, manage vendor ledgers, reconcile vendor statements and check incoming vendor invoices against purchase orders PO and goods receipt notes GRN. Accounts Receivable AR & Invoicing Operations/: To maximise cash flow, issue precise customer sales invoices, monitor outstanding receivables, send prompt collection reminders, handle incoming receipts, and carry out customer ledger reconciliations. Execution of Bank Reconciliation Statements BRS/: Identify and swiftly resolve uncleared checks, bank charges, direct debits, or timing anomalies by performing daily and monthly bank statement reconciliations against books of accounts.



Statutory Tax Compliance & submissions Support/: Determine, deduct, and monitor monthly statutory obligations, such as TDS Tax Deducted at Source, GST Goods and Services Tax, Professional Tax PT, and Provident Fund PF, to maintain correct tax ledgers and support timely return submissions. Focus Skills/: Mastery of Double/-Entry Accounting and Financial Reporting/: Extensive practical understanding of fundamental accounting principles, trial balance preparation, profit and loss analysis, general ledger upkeep, and balance sheet reconciliation. Proficiency in Enterprise ERP and Accounting Software/: Practical experience using industry/-standard accounting software, such as Tally Prime, SAP FICO, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Oracle ERP, and Busy.
