Key Responsibilities:
Debt Recovery: Actively contact and follow up with debtors to collect outstanding payments.

Relationship Management: Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor with customers to ensure a positive brand image during the collection process.

Reporting: Accurately record all collection activities, communications, and payments received.

Field Visits: Conduct field visits to debtor locations in AHATA RUSTAM KHAN
POLYTECHNIC VIDYA VIHAR, SHYAMLA HILLS

DISTRICT-BHOPAL-462002 as required to facilitate collections.

Compliance: Ensure all collection activities are conducted in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based role. Your earnings will be a percentage of the total amount of debt you successfully collect.

The commission structure will be discussed during the interview. There is no fixed monthly salary.
