About the Role

Job Profile





Position details - MUFG is looking to hire legal counsels (India Qualified and enrolled with BCI, India) at AVP level with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in vendor/commercial contracting space.

The proposed new hires will assist in flow commercial contract activity and to further strengthen the MGS EMEA and APAC Legal team delivery model.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Review, draft, negotiate and finalize vendor contracts.
- Legal risk mitigation
- Ensure compliance with internal policies with escalation.
- Support contract process and coordinate with TPRM, Procurement, Data Privacy and business teams across EMEA and APAC business.
- Assist legal operations to maintain contract records and support process improvements.

Job Requirements - Legal Professionals with relevant experience of 8 to 10 years in complex commercial contracting (sales/vendor side)
- India Qualified Lawyers
- Bar Council Registration is mandatory
