Job description:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve client queries
- Handle queries related to user access, login issues, password resets, KYCetc.
- Maintain call logs and reports on daily calling activities.
- Support other teams in client communication when required.
- Call clients who are inactive on the platform/app and understand the reason for inactivity.
- Maintain accurate records of all communication and documentation.
- Calling to existing customer of the company to make them aware about recent products & services launch by company.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: Up to ₹200,000.00 per year
