Proven experience as a Head Cook / Senior Cook (minimum 5-7 years preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and oversee daily food preparation and cooking activities
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes
- Develop and improve menu items as per business requirements
- Supervise, train, and manage kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness as per FSSAI standards
- Monitor inventory, raw material usage, and minimize food wastage
- Coordinate with management for daily operations and special requirements
- Ensure timely preparation and service of food
- Handle kitchen equipment and ensure proper maintenance
- Manage portion control and cost optimization
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
