Job Summary:
The I.E. Executive will be responsible for improving productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in garment manufacturing processes. The role involves time study, method improvement, line balancing, and monitoring production performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard minute values (SMV)
- Prepare and maintain operation breakdowns for all styles
- Perform line balancing to achieve maximum efficiency
- Monitor daily production and analyze efficiency reports:
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce wastage and increase output
- Work closely with production, quality, and planning teams
- Ensure optimum manpower utilization:
- Prepare capacity planning and production targets
- Train supervisors and operators on best practices




- Analyze bottlenecks and suggest corrective actions

Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Textile, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in garment manufacturing (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of SMV calculation, line balancing, and production planning:
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools:
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Line efficiency improvement
- Production target achievement
- Reduction in idle time and wastage
- Cost optimization

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
