Qualification:
Certified Graduate; Authorized Teacher Training Certification (optional).

Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of child development in Early Years.
- Foundational awareness of teaching-learning processes.
- Familiarity with IB programme philosophy (working knowledge, not mastery).

Technical Proficiency:
- Ability to assist in planning and instructional practice.
- Effective communication skills.
- Computer (technology) literate.
- Team-oriented work ability.

Experience:
0-2 years of experience with interest in child development and teaching.

Attitude:
- Natural connect with children.
- Willingness to learn and co-work.
- Purpose driven and respectful of work culture.

Core Focus:
- Support classroom teaching-learning processes.
- Assist in planning, environment setup and documentation.
- Provide pastoral care and classroom support.
- Prepare for progression into Class Teacher role.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
