Who we are looking for
- Asset Management /Investment Banking Background
- Any experience in Client Reporting, priority of ESG Reporting Service, would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of key ESG terminology and current international regulations such as the EU Taxonomy and SFDR

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 Years of experience
- Process Daily/Weekly/Monthly Client Investment Reports, Factsheet and Ad-hoc queries are completed with 100% accuracy
- Process Daily/Weekly/Monthly Client Investment Reports, Factsheet and Ad-hoc queries are completed with 100% accuracy
- Follow-up with upstream team and communicate report status with client facing team or client as necessary
- Supporting and helping the associates and perform the quality check as per the procedure
- Monitor and observe the Team Group Inbox and prioritize the requests as per the client deadline
- Ensure to check and handover the EOD procedure to TLs according to the task
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Demonstrate ability to meet tight deadlines and possess fast TAT




- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality of the service
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Strong PC shortcut skills, specifically in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Adobe Packages in particular (InDesign and Illustrator) would be positive to have.
