Job Overview:
The Procurement Representative will provide category support and engage in Total Delivered Cost (TDC) sourcing activity within the Equipment Category. This position will report to a Procurement Manager within the Operational Excellence organization. The strong performer can expect further career advancement with Ecolab and will have the chance to move into other procurement and supply chain leadership roles within the organization.

- What You Will Do:
- Working with Business partners, engage supplier organizations to evaluate tail spend equipment requests for pricing
- Works with business sales to address questions & needs surrounding suppliers, markets, materials, and services, providing feedback on alternative suppliers as appropriate.
- Effectively communicates updates to internal stakeholders
- Engage with master data team to approve pricing changes as required
- Escalates equipment requests to category manager based on volume and supplier mix
- Manages processes critical to the efficient functioning of the procure-to-pay process
- Communicates effectively with supply planning, business partners, or other appropriate functions on purchasing requests, ensuring compliance to SLA’s
