Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead electrical maintenance activities for plant machinery and production lines
- Ensure smooth functioning of machines such as:
- COMI Machines
- Door Drum Lines
- DTF 1 & DTF 2 (Door Thermoforming)
- Line 2 Assembly
- CF Cabinet Foaming & CRF
- Handle breakdown maintenance and ensure quick troubleshooting to minimize downtime
- Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules
- Diagnose electrical faults in motors, sensors, and control panels
- Coordinate with production and mechanical teams for efficient operations
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, downtime, and corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations




- Lead and manage a team of technicians and operators

Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and control panels
- Knowledge of motors, sensors, and electrical components
- Valuable understanding of refrigeration systems and cooling processes
- Experience in thermoforming, foaming, and assembly line operations
- Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Good leadership and team handling skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Qualification:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
