Responsibilities:
- Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Manage and support security systems infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to design and implement security measures tailored to specific project requirements
- Develop and manage access control policies, monitor security systems, and respond to security incidents
- Lead technical audits and assess the security system's performance, suggesting improvements as needed
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members




- Prepare comprehensive documentation of security configurations, procedures, and system changes
- All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of experience in security system administration, particularly involving large-scale projects
- Proficient in the configuration and operational oversight of C-Cure and Genetec security systems.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing security systems on a large scale
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic workplace and manage multiple projects simultaneously
