GNM & B.Sc Nursing GNC Mandatory

1 & 2 Yrs Experience Ward & ICU
- Nurses will attend hospital duties on time in clean uniforms.
- To maintain decorum & to see that discipline is maintained in the hospital.
- To ‘Take Over’ and ‘Give Over’ of each patient allotted properly without fail.
- Ensure all requisite facilities are working satisfactorily in patient rooms.
- Provide basic nursing care. Ensure all indoor patients are with ID bands.
- To take consent and history of patients / Check Vitals e.g. TPR of patients admitted to the nursing unit AND make proper entry in the prescribed format.
- Accompany Consultants /Admitting Doctors/On duty MOs/MDs on rounds
- To see that Medication and Treatment Sheets are written & maintained.
- Take consent and administer the medications to patients as prescribed.
- Coordinate with dietician regards diet to be served to the patient.
- To observe and document patient’s response & adaptation to treatment.
- To maintain proper inventory of medicines & consumables in the nursing unit.
- To see that all registers are updated checked and signed.




- To immediately attend to patients hospital care needs whenever called.
- Indent for medicines & related articles to pharmacy /stores and obtain sanctions.
- To do daily preventive & routine checking of all equipments in the nursing unit.
- To assign duties to Attendants, monitor & guide them to perform properly.
- To comply with all hospital infection control practices
- To comply with all orders prior to surgery, are carried out and documented.
- To see that OT Clearance is obtained prior to sending patient to OT.

To send & receive items for sterilization to CSSD and maintain proper records.

Pay: ₹14,200.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
