Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and build talent pipelines.
- Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work culture.
- Oversee performance management, appraisals, and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and maintain employee records.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
- Identify training needs and facilitate development programs.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate attendance tracking, ensuring timely
and correct disbursement of employee salaries.
Requirements:
- 1 years of HR experience, preferably in IP
- Robust knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and ability to work independently.
