We specialise in preventing unauthorised parking across commercial properties, residential complexes, and other locations. Indus Parking Services manages the entire parking enforcement process efficiently and also provides operational support to Euro Parking Services.

As a System Coordination Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring the functioning status of CCTV cameras, Access Control Systems, and ANPR systems across sites in England.
- Managing daily reports related to functioning/non-functioning systems and ensuring timely updates.
- Troubleshooting network and connectivity-related issues remotely and coordinating with the UK service team for resolution.
- Monitoring static IPs, routers, VPN connectivity, and 4G/5G M2M SIM data consumption.
- Assisting in the configuration and troubleshooting of virtual machines and software systems.




- Troubleshooting software, system, LAN, and wireless connectivity-related issues.
- Maintaining operational records, reports, and system documentation accurately.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth functioning of operational and monitoring systems.
- Using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools for reporting and operational management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP, VPN, routers, and IP addressing.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, Access Control Systems, ANPR systems, and related technologies.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
