Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective Chemistry lessons for Senior Secondary students (Grades 11 & 12) as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and practical demonstrations to ensure conceptual clarity in Chemistry.
- Conduct and supervise laboratory experiments and ensure proper use of lab equipment and safety procedures.
- Evaluate students through tests, assignments, practical assessments, and examinations.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance and mentoring.
- Maintain student academic records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams through structured revision plans.
- Participate in school academic meetings,



parent-teacher meetings, and school events.
- Ensure discipline and create a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance curriculum delivery and academic standards.
