A. Objective

To assist Plant Head by monitoring of daily reports for tracking performance wrt Annual Operating Plan/ optimized capacity utilization and for assisting plant head for ease of decision rmaking towards plant operation.

B. Primary responsibilities

Strategic Planning Activities:
Core: Responsible for data analytics and driving data driven insights through the organization.. Primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to Plant head. Provide holistic view of metrics to be tracked for all functional teams and highlight concerns to Plant Head. Facilitate escalation meetings with all stakeholders and plant head as applicable.



Develop dashboards and reports for different functional teams to drive overall business and operational excellence. Work with functional teams to gather data requirements. Responsible for driving and executing strategic projects as per the requirement Assist Unit Head in the areas of Strategy Planning and business performance by providing the required review and control report

Internal Processes: Liaise with International customers and Partners and follow up on critical discussions
