Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit dealer shops, customer sites, and market areas regularly
- Promote UPVC products and explain product features and benefits
- Generate recent business opportunities and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong dealer and customer relationships
- Conduct market surveys and share competitor feedback
- Ensure proper product visibility and branding activities
- Submit daily sales and activity reports

Eligibility Criteria:
- Age below 25 years
- Minimum 50% in SSLC, PUC & Graduation/Post-Graduation
- No active backlogs
- Must be interested in field sales roles
- Bike mandatory for field visits

Skills Required:
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Sales and negotiation ability
- Customer handling and relationship management
- Willingness to travel locally
