Patient Assessment: Conduct routine and ongoing examinations, monitor vital signs, and adjust treatment plans in real-time.
- Clinical Procedures: Perform or assist with critical interventions, including endotracheal intubation, central and arterial line insertion, and resuscitation.
- Medication & Treatment: Manage ventilators, administer IV fluids, and deliver vasoactive medications as directed.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient charts, clinical summaries, and treatment protocols.
- Communication: Update patient families on clinical conditions, and coordinate with nurses, dietitians, and specialists.
- Team Leadership: Assist in on-the-job training and supervision for junior doctors and paramedical staff
Pay: Up to ₹150,000.00 per month
