Job Overview:
We are looking for a Call Support Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist clients with property-related inquiries, and manage lead data in Zoho CRM. The role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients
- Provide accurate information about projects, pricing, and availability
- Capture and update leads in Zoho CRM:
- Ensure timely follow-ups and lead nurturing
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
- Maintain call records and ensure data accuracy

Requirements:
- Graduate in any field
- Valuable verbal communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of Zoho CRM (preferred)
- Ability to handle high call volumes
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented

Pay: ₹8,818.30 - ₹29,086.54 per month
