Profile Description:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Mkt. Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working in the Marketing Department.

Qualification: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing/Communications/Digital Media or related field.

Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Social Media Mkt. Manager/Strategist or similar role;
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google+ and other social media best practices;
- Managing a team of photographers, Videographers, product stylists, content writers & graphic designers.
- Planning Social Media Calendar MOM in advance for smooth functioning
- Generating team reports and task lists for review
- Proposing Social Media Campaigns and themes for better engagement and follower-ship on MOM basis.




- Basic Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research;
- Good understanding of social media KPIs;
- Team player with positive organizational and time-management skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Design knowledge and flair for Interiors is a plus.
- Timely content publishing and following SM trends.
- Tracking brand features and ability to identify the preferences of our target audience and accordingly build social media content;
- A keen eye for details.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage our social media plus marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics;
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them;
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies;
- Contributes to marketing strategy by leveraging social media to ident
