Job Overview:
We are looking for a Client Support Executive to manage client interactions across calls, chat, and social media, ensure smooth communication, and maintain lead data in Zoho CRM. The role requires strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client queries via calls, chat, and social media platforms
- Provide accurate information about projects, pricing, and availability
- Capture and update leads in Zoho CRM:
- Ensure timely follow-ups and client engagement
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
- Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy

Requirements:
- Graduate in any field
- Positive verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Zoho CRM (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple channels
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented

Pay: ₹11,007.83 - ₹35,162.20 per month
