Hiring: Recovery Agent Bankura, WB | Full-time | Field Work

Company: Santoshi Resolution & Recovery Pvt. Ltd. (SRR)

Responsibilities:
- Visit borrowers and follow up on overdue loan accounts
- Negotiate repayment plans professionally
- Submit daily field visit reports
- Meet monthly recovery targets

Requirements:
- Min. 10th pass
- Good communication in Bengali / Hindi
- Own two-wheeler with valid licence
- Freshers welcome; BFSI/collections experience preferred

We Offer:
- Fixed salary + incentives

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
