Store Keeper (Civil Construction Company)

Job Title: Store Keeper / Store Incharge - Civil Construction

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify construction materials as per purchase orders and challans
- Maintain inward and outward stock registers
- Issue materials to site engineers and supervisors as per requirement
- Maintain inventory of cement, steel, electrical, plumbing, tiles, and other construction materials
- Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note), stock reports, and material issue slips
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation
- Ensure proper storage and safety of materials to avoid damage or wastage
- Monitor stock levels and inform purchase department about shortages
- Maintain housekeeping and proper arrangement of store materials
- Coordinate with procurement, accounts,



and project teams
- Follow FIFO (First In First Out) inventory method

Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
- Minimum 2-5 years experience as Store Keeper in Civil Construction projects

Preferred Knowledge
- Construction materials handling
- GRN, stock registers, issue slips
- ERP / Inventory software
- Site store operations

Salary

₹15,000 - ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
